Mon\Wed\Fri are our Core&Cardio days.

Tue\Thu are full body strength.

Sat is upper body & cardio.

Sun is our Glutes & Abs day.


The Bootcamp is our step class on Tue\Wed\Thu\Sat.

CircuitX is our stations workout on Mon\Fri\Sun.
